Magnify matches you with specialist providers delivering the AI & Automation Practitioner apprenticeship — built for any role in the business, not just the technical team.
Approved apprenticeship standard · Matched to vetted specialist providers, not one shelf
Used badly, AI creates rework, risk and confusion. Used well, it's a genuine edge. The difference is practical skill.
Every business is being told to “use AI”. Few have a structured way to turn that into people who actually do it — safely, consistently, and inside the tools they already pay for. That's what this apprenticeship closes.
It's a practical, hands-on programme focused on applying AI in real business settings — not technical coding, but using tools effectively to drive results. Practitioners learn to analyse existing processes, spot automation opportunities, and deploy low- and no-code AI solutions responsibly.
Particularly suited to admin, operations, customer service, HR, finance, marketing, project support and team-leadership roles — no programming experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to solve problems.
18 months including final external assessment(s), delivered remotely with around 20 days of virtual workshop delivery — so location and existing workload don't get in the way of upskilling.
Spotting where automation can help, while keeping it fair, compliant and low-risk.
Bringing the team along with change, in a way that fits your culture and values.
Turning everyday business problems into simple, no-code AI solutions.
Testing what's been built and helping colleagues get comfortable using it.
Tracking the impact and building habits that make the gains stick long-term.
The exact toolkit varies slightly by provider and by the systems already in use at your organisation.
Learners can also sit optional industry exams at the end of the programme:
